I call BS on the Iraq Occupation

It’s becoming clearer that certain Republicans, primarily those running for re-election or for a higher office, are beginning a new PR tactic with regards to the occupation in Iraq. Some would call it a flip-flop. Others may call it political cowardess. I’m not concerned with that, but rather I want to know is when you think our very own conservative Senatorial candidate Bob Schaffer will begin the anti-Iraq song and dance.

When this war ends the Republicans will want to take the Nixonian retreat with “honor” PR path, while claiming the Democrats lost the war. The Republicans don’t want to give the Democrats credit for the anti-war movement either. Senator Richard Lugar’s (R-IN) recent comments made that blatantly obvious. http://www.sfgate.co…

While BS likes cute slogans such as “You’d have to hand it to the Democrats . . . and Republicans did,” I would like to know when you think BS’s messaging on Iraq will change, if it ever will.

Do you think he’ll stick to his ultra-conservative guns and Never Surrender!  Or, if you think BS will be hit by a bolt of lighting in his faultering campaign and change rhetoric, at what point will that happen?
